Deadlines
We kindly ask the poster presenters to send their posters within November 30th to the workshop organizers.
Poster session
The poster sessions will be open on Wednesday afternoon, 4:30-6:00pm. You will be able to ‘walk’ through a virtual poster room organized on Gather, and interact audio-visually with other participants. We ask you to send your poster file within November 30th so that we can arrange and set up the virtual room. Walking through the rooms, you can see posters and if you want, you will be able to talk with the poster presenters. For additional information on the platform, e.g. interaction distance, ghost mode, locating participants we invite you to visit the Gather website and try some demo there (they are completely free).
The link to access to the poster section rooms will be shared on the day of Workshop. To login you have to use is the university email.
8-bit online aperitif
At the end of the poster session, we will enjoy together an online aperitif, so grab your drink and join us for a little chat!
